Box Building (918 Hay Street, Perth)

Completed in 2002, this building consisted of 12 levels with 33 up market apartments with Clipsal CBus control systems being installed in several of the units. Our works consisted of the supply and installation of a fully integrated access control system with a traffic management system to control the traffic flow requirements to enable a smooth transition of apartment parking to three levels of carpark. The project value in 2002 was $1.1 million.
 

Arcadia Apartments (Cnr Station & Roydhouse St, Subiaco)

This project was built in two stages and was completed between December 2003 and June 2004. Global Electrotech was responsible for a full turnkey solution for this project. Full Design, supply and installation of the Electrical, Fire Detection, Occupant Warning System, Communication, Access Control, Intercom & MATV systems was carried out by Global’s engineering department in close coordination with client requirements.
This project consisted of 8 commercial tenancies with 89 private residential units. The project value in 2004 was

Thaymas Apartments (Hay Street, West Perth)

Completed in June 2006, this building consisted of 9 levels with 29 apartments.
The project value in 2006 was $330k.
 

Peak Apartment (229 Adelaide Terrace, Perth)

This project was completed in November 2008. Global Electrotech was responsible for a full turnkey solution for this project. Full Design, supply and installation of the Electrical, Fire Detection, Occupant Warning System, Communication, Access Control, Intercom & MATV systems was carried out by Global’s engineering department in close coordination with client requirements. Lighting Control systems were utilised in several of the 54 luxury apartments. The project value in 2008 was $1.4 million.

Sky Apartment (148 Adelaide Terrace, Perth)

This project was completed in September 2009. Global Electrotech was responsible for a full turnkey solution for this project. Full Design, supply and installation of the Electrical, Fire Detection, Occupant Warning System, Communication, Access Control, Intercom & MATV systems was carried out by Global’s engineering department in close coordination with client requirements. The building has 118 apartments over 22 levels. The project value in 2009 was $2.4 million.
Erskine Shopping Centre (near Mandurah)

Work on this project included a 3000m2 extensive fitout for Coles Supermarkets.This project was completed in November 2004. The project value in 2008 was $1.4 million.
